Requirements

• You have at least 8 years of experience leading ICT projects, covering both infrastructure and application development.
• You are comfortable managing multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers, ensuring smooth delivery across business and IT domains.
• You have hands-on experience in business analysis and can translate stakeholder needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• You bring strong change management skills, guiding end users and departments through digital transformation and organizational change.
• You apply recognized project management methodologies such as Prince2 or PMBOK, ideally supported by a certification.
• You are familiar with ITIL processes and know how to apply them in daily project operations.
• You have practical experience with project management tools like MS Project and the MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• You are comfortable working in at least one of the following functional areas: HR, Payroll, Finance, Facilities, or Logistics management.
• You have exposure to enterprise systems such as SAP, Planon, or SharePoint.
• You have experience preparing technical or functional specifications for public-sector tenders and understand the basics of GDPR compliance.
• You are a strong communicator with a fluent command of Dutch (C2 level) and can collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
