Due to an increased workload, we are looking for a Project Manager to support and drive utilities-related projects on an operational pharmaceutical site.

The role requires a strong field presence, close interaction with site teams, and hands-on project management.

Role & Responsibilities

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating utilities projects from design to execution, with a strong focus on operational constraints and site realities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage utilities-related projects (water, steam, cooling systems)
  • Ensure strong interaction with site operations and constraints
  • Spend significant time on the field as well as desk-based project work
  • Identify and deliver quick wins and energy efficiency improvements
  • Drive energy recovery initiatives on buildings and utilities systems
  • Coordinate and challenge engineering offices and external contractors
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders:
    • Maintenance
    • HSE
    • Production
  • Monitor project progress, identify blocking points, and define priorities

  • Lead and participate in project meetings

  • Perform site inspections and installations walkthroughs

  • Ensure alignment between engineering studies, execution, and site needs

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management
  • Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of utilities systems and energy flows
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is required
  • Comfortable working both on-site and in a structured project environment

Languages

  • French: fluent
  • English: good working knowledge (reading and understanding required)
