As the ideal candidate, you are a proficient Asset Environmental Performance Engineer who is committed to driving improvement initiatives in critical assets. Your expertise in environmental management will be key to enhancing sustainability practices in our operations.
- You assess the environmental performance and potential improvements of critical assets (HVAC, utilities, buildings) at main sites.
- You analyze available technical documentation and consumption data to support decision-making.
- You engage in discussions with operational teams to understand asset performance better.
- You analyze data within the Building Management System (BMS).
- You visit technical facilities to gather firsthand insights on asset management.
- You identify and evaluate carbon, energy, and water-saving opportunities.
- You provide support to project teams to reduce environmental impacts during engineering projects.
What are we looking for?
- You hold a Master degree
- You have experience in identifying and implementing solutions to reduce energy and water consumption in an industrial context.
- You have engineering project management experience, which is a plus.
- You are an excellent communicator with the ability to adapt your speech to various audiences.
- You have strong data analysis skills to track progress toward sustainability goals.
- You are collaborative and can work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- You are proficient in French and English.
- You possess a good understanding of energy and water flows in physical assets.
- You have familiarity with sustainable infrastructure management and environmental certifications.
