We’re looking for an experienced Test Lead to guide testing activities for safety-critical software within the European Train Control System (ETCS) domain.

You’ll lead a small Agile testing team working on complex, high-reliability applications, combining manual, automated, and performance testing in a Java-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a cross-functional Agile team of testers.
• Design, execute, and automate manual and automated test scenarios for Java-based solutions.
• Manage and configure testing tools (Jira, Xray, Ranorex, LoadRunner, HP-ALM/UFT).
• Drive compliance with EN 50.128, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and NIS standards.
• Oversee test planning, documentation, and traceability to ensure full audit compliance.
• Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Integrate cybersecurity and performance testing practices into the QA lifecycle.
• Coach team members and promote a culture of quality, transparency, and continuous improvement.
