We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supplier & Contract Management Electrical Equipment Service professional. If you have a strong technical background and a passion for managing supplier relationships and contracts, this position could be your next step in a rewarding career.
- You ensure the proper execution of projects in accordance with contracts.
- You act as the Key Account Manager for suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- You lead negotiations to resolve unforeseen situations or claims effectively.
- You guarantee a continuous improvement process through experience feedback.
- You create opportunities that benefit both the suppliers and the organization.
- You manage categories of electrical equipment including High Voltage, Low Voltage, or Linear Assets equipment.
- You provide regular updates and support to internal stakeholders on supplier-related topics.
What are we looking for?
- You hold a Master’s degree in a technical-commercial field or have equivalent knowledge through experience.
- You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract and supplier management.
- You have excellent communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
- You possess a strong proficiency level in either French or Dutch, with some knowledge of the other language.
- You have experience in stakeholder management and strategic procurement.
- You are a confident and assertive communicator.
- You take initiative and enjoy taking on responsibilities.
- You are solution-driven, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
- You defend the company's interests while expressing your viewpoint.
- You are willing to travel occasionally across Europe to meet with suppliers or inspect sites.
- It is advantageous to have knowledge of SAP and the energy sector.
- You have the legal right to work in Belgium, possessing a work permit and a valid residence permit if required.
