- You deliver planned change requests for applications supporting infrastructure inventory and maintenance.
- You validate or challenge functional analyses provided by functional analysts.
- You develop solutions based on agreed specifications.
- You handle incidents for the same suite of applications, taking ownership and providing effective solutions.
- You follow ITIL-compliant methods and processes to manage incidents.
- You rapidly acquire knowledge of the application suite to ensure autonomous incident resolution.
- You produce complete and clear technical documentation.
What are we looking for?
- You have over 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 15 years in key Oracle technologies.
- You are proficient in Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Designer at an expert level.
- You possess strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of operational challenges in a complex IT environment.
- You demonstrate excellent communication abilities and a professional, reliable attitude.
- You can commit to the full duration of the contract.
- You hold a strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and the ability to integrate seamlessly into existing teams.
- You are proficient in English.
