The role focuses on defining IT service standards and monitoring vendor performance to ensure the reliability of critical energy infrastructure.

• Define and document technical, operational, and security IT requirements to support the sourcing process.
• Review and validate SLA expectations to ensure alignment with IT standards and service needs.
• Monitor vendor performance against agreed SLAs and coordinate with internal teams to address deviations.
• Ensure technical, SLA, and IP requirements are accurately reflected in contract drafts before execution.
• Manage intellectual property aspects and usage rights for group products.
• Translate complex IT needs into structured specifications for procurement, legal, and security stakeholders.
• Coordinate corrective actions internally to maintain high standards of vendor service delivery.
