Our client, a large public-sector organization operating complex HR and corporate service environments, is seeking a Senior HR Process Analyst to strengthen and professionalize its HR processes. The role focuses on continuous improvement, process optimization, and KPI-driven governance across HR domains, in close collaboration with HR, IT, and process owners.
This position combines deep process expertise, analytical rigor, and structured change management in an environment where consistency, audit readiness, and operational clarity are essential.
Responsibilities:- Analyze, model, and optimize end-to-end HR processes with a focus on clarity, efficiency, and consistency.
- Embed a continuous improvement mindset in collaboration with the HR Process Manager.
- Assess the impact of process changes on applications and data flows.
- Define, analyze, and improve KPIs, challenging existing metrics where needed.
- Support HR Process Owners during internal audits and follow up on improvement recommendations.
- Document processes and ensure consistent adoption across teams and entities.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in process management, process modeling, or process reengineering.
- You hold a valid Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- You are a trained BPMN professional with hands-on process modeling experience.
- You have formal training in change management, such as ADKAR.
- You hold a Master’s degree.
- You bring strong analytical and functional analysis skills, including translating business needs into functional requirements and use cases.
- You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English at minimum B2 level.
Nice to Haves
- Functional knowledge of HR systems such as SAP HR or SuccessFactors.
- Experience supporting internal audits or compliance reviews.
- Experience working in large or public-sector organizations.
- Strong KPI design and performance management experience.
