Our client, a large public-sector organization operating complex HR landscapes, is seeking a Senior HR Business Analyst with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors. The role focuses on end-to-end HR process digitalization, HR master data quality, and the functional ownership of core HR applications in a mixed statutory and contractual workforce environment.

This is a senior, hands-on role combining functional analysis, solution design, UAT leadership, and stakeholder coordination within a highly structured and regulated context.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze HR business needs and translate them into functional solutions within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Coordinate changes to HR applications from analysis through testing, go-live, and stakeholder communication.
  • Maintain and expand HR master data structures, including organizational models and job catalogs.
  • Monitor HR data quality and define corrective actions to improve consistency and reliability.
  • Act as functional lead for UAT activities, including defining end-to-end test scenarios and validating outcomes.
  • Serve as subject-matter expert for HR applications and data across the organization.

What are we looking for?

  • You have proven experience as an HR Business Analyst and Lead Consultant in multiple SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
  • You bring hands-on expertise with SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management, including integrations with peripheral systems.
  • You have proven experience implementing Onboarding and Performance & Goal Management.
  • You have acted as lead consultant for UAT in a SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation.
  • You hold certifications in SuccessFactors Goals & Performance, Onboarding, and Succession Management.
  • You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end HR process digitalization across multiple organizations.
  • You bring proven experience as an HR Business Analyst in the Belgian public sector, supporting mixed statutory and contractual populations.
  • You are fluent in Dutch or French (C2 for one, B1 for the other) and have a minimum C1 level of English.
Nice to Haves
  • Experience with additional SuccessFactors Talent modules.
  • Strong expertise in HR data models and complex organizational structures.
  • Experience working in large-scale or highly regulated environments.
