We’re looking for a Data Analyst with a passion for digital media and marketing to strengthen our Data & Intelligence team. You’ll play a key role in supporting editorial and project teams during large campaigns (think: De Warmste Week), helping them make smarter, data-driven decisions.
You’ll analyze how audiences engage with content across platforms (website, apps, TV apps, social media) and translate these insights into clear, actionable recommendations. With your expertise, you’ll help boost reach, engagement, and impact, always with a sharp eye on what truly excites the audience.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze user behavior and content consumption across websites, apps, and social media.
- Measure, report, and optimize the impact of content, marketing, SEO, and CRM initiatives.
- Deliver recurring campaign and project KPI reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with data analysts, UX, and marketing colleagues to improve user experience across all channels.
- Support A/B testing and translate results into improvements.
- Promote data literacy: convince and coach editorial teams to use data more actively in their daily work.
- Stay on top of the latest developments in data and digital marketing, contributing your expertise to innovation initiatives.
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis.
- Bachelor/Master in IT, engineering, or related field
- Excellent command of Dutch (C2 level).
- Strong skills in SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Superset, Metabase…).
- Experience with social media analytics, web analytics, dashboards, and data visualization.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, CRM, and online personalization.
