Pauwels Consulting is searching for a Test Coördinator (payroll or freelance) to join its growing Testing team. Are you the one-in-a-kind Test Coördinator that dares to take on challenging projects at our clients?

Your main responsibilities will be:
- In collaboration with our external partner, you set up the testing strategy and take care of the internal reporting
- You are responsible for setting up and supervising the User Acceptance Tests
- You keep your knowledge up to date in order to submit targeted improvement proposals and validate the partner's proposals so that our quality continues to evolve
- You are cost-sensitive and always watch over the cost price of your proposals
- You validate the deliverables of our partner through spot checks.
- You evaluate our partner's standards and procedures and help set them up for UAT testing

- You have mastered relevant knowledge and insights, preferably through an education at the level of bachelor (in Computer Science)
- You have extensive relevant work experience as a test coordinator and also several years as a tester. You possess an ISEB/ISTQB certification
- You can convince people and devise and evaluate different solutions
- You are a coach, ideally used to working with teams located offshore
- You communicate fluently and in a structured way and have strong adaptability. You have experience reporting on project quality.
- You're fluent in English, with either French or Dutch as your native language, and you also have a strong understanding of the other
- You have experience with SAP / SAP4hana
