Our client is a public-sector organization operating in a complex, bilingual environment with multiple agile development teams. The Full Stack .NET Developer joins a multidisciplinary product team responsible for building and maintaining shared, cross-domain components used by multiple business units.

The role combines backend and frontend development with a strong focus on quality, collaboration, and long-term maintainability within an Agile delivery context.

responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using C# and .NET Core.
  • Translate functional analyses into technical designs and validate technical specifications with analysts.
  • Analyze and resolve second-line technical issues, including bug fixing and root cause analysis.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and stable deployment processes.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, testers, business analysts, product owner, and scrum master in an Agile setup.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and review documentation produced by less experienced developers.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement of development practices and software quality.

What are we looking for?

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a .NET developer.
  • You bring solid experience with C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
  • You have experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment.
  • You have hands-on experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle.
  • You have exposure to frontend or UI technologies such as WPF, Blazor, or similar.
  • You have basic experience with Azure and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
  • You are fluent in French or Dutch, with a basic professional level of the other language, and have a good understanding of English.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with messaging patterns or frameworks such as NServiceBus.
  • Exposure to gRPC, WCF, or service-based architectures.
  • Experience with test automation and unit testing.
  • Familiarity with SAFe or scaled Agile environments.
