As the ideal candidate, you are an experienced Service Delivery Manager with a knack for end-to-end project management and a deep understanding of indoor mobile access solutions. If you have a passion for coordinating complex projects that meet diverse customer needs, this role is tailored for you.
- You manage indoor service delivery projects from planning to execution and monitoring.
- You act as the primary point of contact for partners and vendors; overseeing contract and vendor management.
- You ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
- You handle financial forecasting, purchase orders, and invoice follow-up.
- You collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, sales) and external partners to meet customer needs.
- You identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost optimization.
- You mitigate technical and operational challenges during project rollout.
What are we looking for?
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the telecom industry, focused on indoor service delivery or other mobile network projects and operations.
- You possess solid knowledge of mobile telecom technologies (4G/5G), infrastructure, RF design, and equipment for indoor coverage.
- You demonstrate proven project management skills for end-to-end delivery.
- You are customer-focused, analytical, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
- You have strong vendor and stakeholder management capabilities.
- You exhibit financial acumen for budget control and forecasting.
- You have excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- You are able to work independently and proactively in a complex environment.
- You are proficient in English and have a good command of Dutch as a plus.
