The Talent Operations Liaison ensures seamless HR operations by supporting Talent Partners in implementing business decisions, policies, and organizational changes. Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Talent Partners locally and globally, this role focuses on driving consistent HR processes across the employee lifecycle and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant HR data.

Key Responsibilities

Organization Structure & Data Management

  • Maintain and update business structures in TalentShare (SuccessFactors).
  • Support Talent Partners during reorganizations, ensuring accurate position data.
  • Coordinate with Talent & Reward Operations to plan workloads efficiently.

Recruitment & Offer Management

  • Collect and communicate accurate recruitment information.
  • Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness in offer negotiations.
  • Submit offers for approval and monitor candidate communications.

Promotions & Compensation

  • Advise Talent Partners on job leveling and HR policies.
  • Prepare documentation for promotions, market adjustments, and off-cycle increases.
  • Lead discussions and negotiations with managers and employees.

Off-boarding & Employee Relations

  • Manage employee exits (dismissals, retirements, reorganizations).
  • Provide guidance on HR and legal procedures, including union communication.
  • Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

Sickness & Reintegration (Belgium Specific)

  • Oversee return-to-work programs for long-term absent employees.
  • Coordinate with managers, employees, and external providers.

Global HR Processes & Reporting

  • Ensure accurate HR data in TalentShare.
  • Support global processes (performance review, TOR, compensation cycles).
  • Provide local reporting, analysis, and trends.

What are we looking for?

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

Experience:

  • 5–10 years in Human Resources, ideally in global, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors, Neocase).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication in English and French; additional languages a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build trust, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively.
  • Cultural awareness and adaptability in a global environment.
  • Can-do attitude with ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
