As the ideal candidate, you are a capable Filling Project Engineer, eager to support the launch of advanced filling lines and be an integral part of the production start-up team. If you are skilled in equipment operations and process optimization, this role is a perfect match for you.
- You support project work related to production processes associated with the equipment or technology.
- You acquire in-depth knowledge of equipment and the end-to-end manufacturing process.
- You provide hands-on support on the production floor and participate in qualification testing.
- You assist in the delivery of production documentation, including master batch records and procedures.
- You qualitatively train knowledge and procedures to operators and project engineers.
- You support or lead complex root cause investigations.
- You offer operational support during production lots.
What are we looking for?
- You hold a Master’s degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience in bio-engineering or industrial pharmacy with a strong affinity for technology.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar setting.
- You possess knowledge in PLC systems, which is a plus.
- You demonstrate strong technical writing skills.
- You are a team player who is always willing to help and foster a positive collaboration environment.
- You exhibit a critical thinking approach, questioning processes while seeking understanding.
- You are proficient in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
