We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Officer who possesses a strong background in GMP environments and technical pharmaceutical knowledge. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and have a deep understanding of quality processes, this role may be your next step in advancing your career.
- You develop an in-depth understanding of customer needs and maintain a long-term relationship by ensuring optimal conditions for cooperation.
- You hold monthly Quality Review Meetings with customers to inform and evaluate progress, changes, deviations, and other KPIs.
- You drive product release processes while securing patient safety and compliance with regulatory filings.
- You coordinate the documentation related to the production process qualification.
- You contribute to the documentation of quality-related activities, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulations.
- You communicate clearly with internal departments to assure optimal business process flow.
- You develop quality awareness across the company by discussing the impact of quality initiatives.
What are we looking for?
- You have at least 3-8 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- You possess strong knowledge of GMP standards and related documentation processes.
- You are an excellent communicator with the ability to advise and build relationships.
- You demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities.
- You are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
- You hold a Master's degree in a relevant field, such as pharmacy, chemistry, or engineering.
- You are proficient in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- You have excellent IT skills including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP and SharePoint is a plus.
