As an ideal candidate, you are a knowledgeable Lab Operations Project Engineer who excels in problem-solving and technical writing. You understand the nuances of analytical processes and enjoy working collaboratively to ensure quality standards are met.
- You implement and coordinate new analytical test methods and QC procedures.
- You write, review, and approve validation/transfer protocols and reports.
- You review validation and method transfer results.
- You manage and investigate analytical deviations and CAPAs.
- You support QC analysts during test execution and troubleshooting.
- You perform root cause analysis (e.g. DMAIC).
- You verify compendial compliance and supporting files (e.g. SoftMaxPro, Excel).
What are we looking for?
- You hold a Master’s degree in engineering, pharmacy, biotechnology, biochemistry, or a related field.
- You have experience working in a GMP-regulated laboratory or production environment.
- You possess excellent knowledge of Dutch and good command of English.
- You bring strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills to the role.
- You are accurate, well-organized, and a communicative team player.
- You have several years of relevant pharmaceutical or QC experience (a plus).
