We are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst to strengthen a team working on long-term, high-impact HR and payroll projects. You will play a crucial role in translating complex business requirements into clear, developer-ready specifications that power the next generation of HR and payroll services.

These projects are more than just technical upgrades: they represent a fundamental redesign of core services, replacing legacy monoliths with modern, cloud-native platforms that support businesses, employees, and customers across the country.

What You’ll Do

• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA testers, and other analysts to refine features and plan delivery.
• Present and explain functional requirements during refinement sessions, ensuring shared understanding across the team.
• Support functional testing, validate stories, and help ensure features meet acceptance criteria.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Build long-term domain expertise in HR, payroll, and social security services.
