We’re looking for a Full-Stack .NET & Angular Developer to strengthen a fast-moving development team responsible foran application managing all processes and assets related to public lighting. You’ll contribute to both front- and back-end development, helping evolve a set of business-critical web applications that support daily operations and long-term modernization.

You’ll work closely with the product owner, analysts, and fellow developers to deliver maintainable, high-quality code — from functional design through deployment. The role combines structured teamwork with hands-on problem-solving, making it ideal for a developer who takes ownership and values clean, reliable delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C#, ASP.NET, Angular (2+), and TypeScript.
  • Build and integrate REST and SOAP web services to connect front-end and back-end components.
  • Work on Azure-based environments (API Management, Service Fabric, App Service) ensuring secure and scalable deployments.
  • Collaborate with teammates on scope definition, estimates, and release planning.
  • Contribute to both functional and technical design, following best practices for modular and testable code.
  • Write unit tests, document your work, and ensure adherence to internal standards.
  • Participate in change and release management and coordinate closely with project leaders, service desk, and infrastructure teams.

What are we looking for?

Must-Have Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Angular (2+) and TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, and .NET application development.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for modern web interfaces.
  • Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework or NHibernate.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, quality-driven attitude.
  • Fluent Dutch (CEFR C2) is mandatory.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with Agile and ITIL (change / release) processes.
  • Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of unit-testing frameworks and automated test practices.

End Date: 8 December 2027 (extendable)

Contract: Freelance or Permanent
