As the ideal candidate, you are a seasoned professional with a strong background in External Clinical Supply Quality management. You enjoy leading teams and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring compliance with quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
- You oversee and support the quality oversight of clinical supply activities.
- You manage and guide the team in QA review, batch record documentation, and resolution of manufacturing issues.
- You ensure compliance with GMP/GDP and regulatory requirements.
- You participate in meetings, audits, and quality forums.
- You support documentation and process improvement initiatives.
- You liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
What are we looking for?
- You have at least 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality management.
- You possess extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- You have a strong QA mindset, with expertise in GMP and GDP (distribution).
- You demonstrate proven team management and leadership skills.
- You possess excellent decision-making and communication abilities.
- You are fluent in English.
- You have experience in vendor management, audits, and regulatory inspections.
- You have additional skills in French
- You are a certified auditor by official authorities
- You have experience operating in multicultural/global environments.
