We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Coordinator (SAT) to support large-scale testing and quality assurance initiatives in the Belgian energy market.

You will work within a complex integration environment where multiple stakeholders — including vendors, analysts, and agile delivery teams — collaborate on delivering high-quality software for critical market processes.

As Test Coordinator, you will steer the System Acceptance Test (SAT) phase, ensuring consistency, structure, and communication across all testing streams. This role is ideal for a seasoned testing professional who enjoys coordinating multiple teams, balancing agile and waterfall practices, and driving continuous improvement in test maturity. 

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and facilitate System Acceptance Testing (SAT) activities across multiple projects and releases.
• Ensure test processes, standards, and agreements are understood and followed by all testers.
• Validate and review FAT test cases before SAT execution.
• Manage defects and tickets in ALM QC and Topdesk, ensuring proper prioritization and follow-up.
• Organize and lead test-related meetings and daily stand-ups (internal teams, vendors, MIT TestCo’s).
• Coach and guide the SAT testing team, ensuring quality focus and team alignment.
• Coordinate with vendors on defect analysis, bug fixing, and ensure corrective actions are tracked.
• Contribute to building a mature test organization, advising on test strategies and optimization opportunities.
• Communicate frequently with the Test Manager on progress, blockers, and improvement initiatives.
