Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a Senior Manager Asset Management / Maintenance & Reliability Lead to oversee the operational asset management of production installations. This role focuses on driving enhancements in manufacturing processes while ensuring the safety, quality, and reliability of equipment and automation systems.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead a multidisciplinary maintenance, automation, and reliability team to ensure the execution of reactive, preventive, and proactive maintenance.
- Coach team members to promote a culture of technical qualitative ownership and professional growth.
- Take technical ownership of manufacturing assets by optimizing maintenance strategies and identifying improvement projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, engineering, and planning to align on short-term and long-term priorities.
- Drive digital technological innovations, including the implementation of sensor technologies and reliability dashboards.
- Manage budgets, flag potential risks, and oversee the onboarding process for technical staff.
What are we looking for?
- You have a Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science.
- You bring 5+ years of experience in Asset Management, Maintenance, or Reliability within a regulated manufacturing environment.
- You possess proven people leadership skills and technical knowledge of Automation systems or manufacturing equipment.
- You're experienced in project management with the ability to lead organizational change and solve complex technical issues.
- You have strong analytical skills and a proactive, result-oriented mindset.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with Digital Innovation and sensor-based maintenance technologies.
- Willingness to obtain additional certifications in Reliability Engineering.
