• You report directly to the Island Package Manager.
• You liaise with internal teams to proactively manage interface issues.
• You develop a strategy for a European tender to select a suitable contractor.
• You coordinate the tender process, collaborating with legal, procurement, and engineering stakeholders, leading negotiations as needed.
• You lead a lean civil works team, ensuring effective design follow-up in collaboration with the Owner’s Engineer.
• You manage the civil works contract effectively.
• You act as the main point of contact for the Civil Works Contractor, promoting safety leadership among the project team.
