- You assist and coordinate activities during process and technical breakdowns.
- You identify, analyze, and resolve bottlenecks and yield losses in the production department.
- You utilize the IMEx work system to organize and monitor daily work and improvement initiatives.
- You train and mentor production team members to enhance skill sets and efficiency.
- You maintain a flexible approach with a 'hands-on' mentality to meet production needs.
- You communicate effectively with various hierarchical levels within the organization.
- You prioritize quality improvements in all processes to drive continuous optimization.
What are we looking for?
- You hold a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Bioengineering, or equivalent experience.
- You possess technical and analytical problem-solving skills to quickly understand complex processes.
- You demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- You are organized and accurate in your work.
- You work well both independently and as a team player.
- You have basic knowledge of PLC/HMI systems (e.g., Siemens S7, TIA Portal, Schneider, Rockwell, Zenon).
- You are proficient in Dutch with good command of English.
