As the ideal candidate, you are an experienced Technical Writer who is passionate about transforming technical details into user-friendly documentation. Your attention to detail and ability to engage with various teams will help shape the comprehensive documentation library.

  • You develop and maintain a centralized documentation library for IT and Cybersecurity processes.
  • You gather information through interviews with operational teams and review existing documentation.
  • You standardize and unify documentation formats to ensure consistency and accessibility.
  • You ensure all documentation aligns with NIS2 compliance requirements and ISO27001 principles.
  • You collaborate with IT and Cybersecurity teams to capture accurate workflows and incident response procedures.
  • You support audits and compliance reviews by providing clear, structured documentation.
  • You contribute to expanding the documentation library to ensure comprehensive coverage of all relevant topics.

What are we looking for?

  • You have over 3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in IT or Cybersecurity.
  • You have a strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured documentation.
  • You possess excellent interviewing and analytical skills.
  • You are familiar with regulatory frameworks such as NIS2 and ISO27001.
  • You are proficient in documentation tools and content management systems.
  • You exhibit strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • You are fluent in English, with conversational ability in French or Dutch preferred.
  • You are based in Belgium  and comfortable with a hybrid working model of 3 days a week at the office.
