As the ideal candidate, you are an accomplished Portfolio Management Expert with a proven track record in managing IT portfolios and budgets. Your analytical mindset and strategic thinking will be instrumental in establishing a strong governance model for the IT department.
- You organize "Run" activities to ensure smooth ongoing IT services and operations.
- You structure all "Initiatives" into demands and projects while identifying their dependencies.
- You enhance the IT budget planning and control process, focusing on multi-year planning.
- You create a financial management model that fosters collaboration between Finance, IT, and Business.
- You develop the strategic roadmap in partnership with the IT management team.
- You align projects and investments with the company’s long-term objectives.
- You gather and structure business needs from multiple domains and internal IT teams.
What are we looking for?
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a portfolio management role.
- You possess advanced skills in IT Portfolio Management and Project Management.
- You are an expert in Budget Management.
- You are a strategic thinker with strong budget planning abilities.
- You are an excellent communicator and collaborator.
- You are detail-oriented and possess excellent analytical skills.
- You bring leadership capabilities and experience in coaching others.
- You are willing to work on-site in Brussels at least 3 days per week.
- You are proficient in Dutch or French (professional proficiency) and have full professional proficiency in English.
