Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical sector, is looking for a senior professional to manage site-wide cyber security compliance. This role combines strategic project leadership with hands-on technical execution to maintain infrastructure integrity against evolving threats.
Your responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain cyber security compliance across site infrastructure and systems to meet KPI targets.
- Manage a comprehensive portfolio of remediation activities including lifecycle management, obsolescence, and data quality using Jira.
- Perform technical maintenance tasks such as system patching, hardening, and anti-virus updates.
- Lead remediation projects and improvement initiatives while balancing reactive incident response.
- Coordinate with central digital and security teams to align site operations with corporate standards.
- Develop structured procedures and work instructions based on incident response lessons learned.
- Analyze compliance gaps and prioritize remediation based on risk assessments and threat intelligence.
What are we looking for?
- 8+ years of experience in cyber security and infrastructure management within regulated environments.
- 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Operating Systems including Windows 7, 10, and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
- 5+ years of experience with security tools such as BIT9, FireEye, SentinelOne, Symantec, or SCCM.
- Experience with network fundamentals including TCP/IP, Active Directory, and client-server architecture.
- Proven track record in project management for digital remediation and lifecycle planning.
- Experience performing hands-on technical maintenance and system hardening directly.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive, agile mindset to pivot during urgent security incidents.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch.
Nice to Haves
- Possession of MCSE certification.
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and asset management systems.
- Knowledge of GMP, GAMP5, and CFR21 Part11 standards.
- Willingness to obtain additional security certifications.
- Working knowledge of French.
