You will join an IT Applications team supporting a customer management product built on SAP CRM. In this role, you contribute directly to the quality, stability, and reliability of business-critical applications used in a customer service context.

You combine hands-on functional testing with active follow-up of findings in production, working closely with analysts, developers, and the test coordinator in an Agile environment.

What you’ll do

• Design and execute functional test scenarios and test cases for SAP CRM applications.
• Perform hands-on testing and validation of new features, changes, and fixes.
• Analyse, document, and follow up defects and findings from both test and production environments.
• Support team members with test design, test execution, and preparation of test data.
• Coordinate testing activities with analysts and developers, agreeing on scope, timing, and approach.
• Assist in defect resolution together with functional analysts and technical specialists.
• Proactively identify and communicate risks, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure all test artefacts and defects are correctly documented and tracked in Jira.
• Work closely with the test coordinator and report progress and findings transparently.
