- You define the project scope in consultation with stakeholders.
- You assemble and lead a cross-functional project team.
- You oversee the technical design components of all projects.
- You prepare specifications and tender documents for internal and external contractors.
- You select engineering firms and contractors while considering necessary resources.
- You direct and monitor all resources throughout the project lifecycle.
- You maintain regular communication with the client to address and implement any scope changes.
What are we looking for?
- You hold a relevant degree and have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a project manager managing industrial projects.
- You have at least 7 years of experience as a (Project) Engineer in mechanical, electrical, piping, or civil engineering.
- You have technical knowledge in disciplines such as electromechanics or chemistry.
- You bring extensive experience in the process industry.
- You possess strong analytical and administrative reporting skills.
- You are proactive and demonstrate leadership when managing teams and stakeholders.
- You are an excellent communicator, able to work at all levels of an organization.
- You have a keen interest in technology, engineering, and project management.
- You are VCA-Vol certified.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
