We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer with a strong infrastructure background and a passion for keeping complex environments running smoothly. You’ll play a central role in incident coordination, ensuring operational stability across data center networks, cloud environments, and enterprise systems.
You’ll join a team that values ownership, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving, supporting critical IT operations in a modern, hybrid infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate IT incidents and service requests in a complex infrastructure environment.
- Manage tickets through TOPdesk, ensuring proper classification, prioritization, and resolution.
- Troubleshoot and support network components (switching, routing, datacenter networks).
- Support and maintain Cloud infrastructure services.
- Collaborate closely with system, network, and application teams to ensure uptime and service continuity.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and documentation of IT processes following ITIL best practices.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an ICT Support Engineer in an infrastructure context.
- Proven incident coordination experience in complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL service management principles.
- Hands-on experience with TOPdesk (ticketing tool).
- Solid understanding of Switching/Routing and Data Center Networking.
- Experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with Palo Alto firewalls and InfoBlox DNS tooling.
- Excellent communication in Dutch or French (CEFR C1) and passive knowledge of the other national language.
