- You follow up assertively to close orders, maintaining communication throughout the decision-making process.
- You manage your own structure and planning, ensuring efficiency in your approach.
- You report directly to the CEO, providing updates on project follow-ups.
- You showcase strong entrepreneurial spirit in a small, direct organization.
- You adapt your sales strategy to fit the unique needs of independent pharmacies.
What are we looking for?
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in pharmacies or OTC / consumer healthcare.
- You possess strong sales skills and demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset.
- You are resilient under commercial pressure and have a comprehensive approach to achieving results.
- You can work autonomously without a team of fellow representatives.
- You have excellent self-management capabilities.
- You are fluent in French, essential for client interactions and communication.
