If you are a results-driven individual with expertise in engineering, your skills will be highly valued as a Technical Referent. You will leverage your experience to lead technical operations and ensure compliance while driving project success.

  • You serve as the UCB technical referent for contracts in your area of expertise.
  • You author specifications, calculations, and drawings pertinent to your technical field.
  • You act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for contractors selected for installation projects.
  • You manage the UCB package, overseeing contract planning, budget, and quality of execution.
  • You ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and environmental regulatory standards.
  • You drive the qualification processes and ensure legal conformity throughout project phases.
  • You demonstrate proactive problem-solving and initiative in your role.

What are we looking for?

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering within industrial and/or pharmaceutical environments.
  • You possess a proven track record in CAPEX projects.
  • You have knowledge of safety, GMP, and environmental regulatory requirements.
  • You demonstrate strong communication skills.
  • You are known for your rigorous approach to work and accountability.
  • You display pragmatism when solving issues in complex scenarios.
  • You are capable of fully acting on your own initiative.
  • You are proficient in English.
