You will join an established System Acceptance Testing (SAT) team responsible for safeguarding the quality, stability and regulatory compliance of critical market communication platforms in the Belgian energy sector. In this role, you design, execute and maintain test scenarios for new changes, integration projects and regression campaigns. You work closely with analysts, developers and vendors to analyse system behaviour, validate fixes, challenge product quality and ensure a smooth delivery into production.

This role requires someone who combines strong test craftsmanship with deep understanding of Belgian energy market processes and message flows. You proactively share knowledge, coach colleagues on new topics and help strengthen the testing discipline within the team.

What you will do

• You execute structured sanity and regression test cycles for ongoing releases, ensuring complete and consistent coverage.
• You design test cases for new changes and projects, analyse behaviour across systems, and challenge the quality of each delivery.
• You investigate and document defects in MF ALM QC, retest fixes, validate outcomes and ensure correct follow-up according to priority.
• You log and monitor incidents on the test environment through the ITSM tool, collaborate with others on defect root-cause discussions.
• You work with both waterfall and agile methodologies and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions for testers and analysts.
• You also support the team by providing domain insights, onboarding new colleagues and sharing expertise across energy market processes.
