Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a Project Engineer to support highly automated production areas within a sterile manufacturing environment. The role focuses on optimizing filling and inspection processes through technical upgrades, process monitoring, and the introduction of new products to ensure future-proof operations.

Your responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to identify and resolve quality issues, safety risks, and yield losses.
  • Perform root cause analysis and manage the implementation of recommended technical solutions for identified issues.
  • Coordinate with engineering departments and external partners to install new equipment or execute major updates to existing systems.
  • Lead New Product Introductions (NPI) from initiation through to successful completion within the production area.
  • Facilitate project meetings to ensure continuous process monitoring and rigorous operational control.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for a specific production domain and its associated equipment.

What are we looking for?

  • You bring 3+ years of experience in project engineering within a pharmaceutical or aseptic manufacturing environment.
  • You have experience with automated manufacturing processes and filling or inspection technologies.
  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
  • You're recognized for your strong organizational and communication skills in a professional setting.
  • You are fluent in English.
