As a successful candidate, you are a results-driven Project Manager MJOP with a proficiency for transforming maintenance strategies into actionable projects. You possess insights into operational challenges and the capability to develop innovative solutions for industrial structures.

  • You draft and manage multi-year maintenance plans (MJOPs), ensuring seamless transitions from concept to execution.
  • You create cost overviews and conduct analyses on all maintenance notifications within your jurisdiction.
  • You consult with stakeholders to determine the most effective solutions.
  • You work collaboratively with the execution team to develop and implement these solutions.
  • You critically assess proposed solutions for their long-term sustainability.
  • You coordinate efforts across different levels and departments.
  • You monitor project status and risks, reporting as necessary.

What are we looking for?

  • You hold an Engineering degree (civil or industrial).
  • You have over 7 years of experience as a Project Manager for industrial projects.
  • You have served as a Civil (Project) Engineer in the past.
  • You possess demonstrable experience with renovation/restoration on industrial sites.
  • You have a proven track record in drafting and managing MJOPs.
  • You have a strong technical background across various disciplines with high technical insight.
  • You are skilled in analytical thinking and possess problem-solving abilities.
  • You excel in communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are highly organized and exhibit entrepreneurial talent.
  • You maintain a proactive attitude, seeking out work rather than waiting for it.
  • You can engage and motivate team members effectively.
  • You are capable of working independently in environments with limited certainty.
  • You hold a VCA certification for supervisors.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, with proficiency in additional languages being advantageous.
  • You are expected to be present onsite in Hoboken, with occasional remote work possible in consultation with management.
  • You are committed to starting ASAP, with an intention for long-term collaboration.
