We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with strong expertise in procurement and finance processes. You will lead SAP/ERP and related IT projects from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery in terms of scope, time, budget, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP/ERP and IT projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery in scope, time, budget, and quality.
- Define and manage project scope, planning, staffing, and governance using PM² methodology.
- Guide and empower project teams, providing clear frameworks and leadership.
- Oversee resource planning, budgets, risks, issues, and performance tracking.
- Ensure secure integration of SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA (MM, FI/CO), and related processes.
What are we looking for?
- 10+ years of IT Project Management experience, delivering medium to large SAP/ERP projects.
- Strong functional knowledge in Sourcing & Procurement (Source-to-Pay) processes.
- Hands-on SAP experience: SAP Ariba and/or SAP S/4HANA (MM, FI/CO).
- Knowledge of financial processes and change management.
- Experience in public sector RFPs (asset).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies: PM², PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile.
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops, kick-offs, and stakeholder alignment.
- Languages: fluent in French, Dutch, and English (spoken and written).
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving ability and structured delivery mindset.
