- Define and execute sourcing strategies for Transport & Distribution categories.
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFPs and supplier selection.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and supply continuity.
- Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and competitive intelligence.
- Lead commercial negotiations and develop appropriate commercial models.
- Negotiate and manage Master Agreements throughout their lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement sourcing strategies.
- Develop business cases, including make-versus-buy analyses.
- Integrate risk management, compliance, and sustainability into sourcing activities.
What are we looking for?
- You have at least 5 years of experience in procurement or category management roles.
- You have previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry
- You possess strong knowledge of sourcing and negotiation strategies
- You are skilled at contract management
- You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- You display flexibility and adaptability in response to changing regulations and market conditions.
- You are fluent in English and able to negotiate effectively with native speakers.
- French is a plus
