We’re looking for an Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in Sparx Enterprise Architect to help evaluate, structure, and expand an existing Proof of Concept (POC) into a mature, organization-wide Enterprise Architecture tooling environment.
You’ll assess the current setup, define best practices, configure the tool, and model additional architectures to ensure a scalable and standardized approach for the broader IT department. This is a hands-on architecture enablement role — ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical depth with methodological structure and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the current Sparx Enterprise Architect (EA) Proof of Concept and assess improvement opportunities.
- Define and document best practices for architecture modeling, governance, and tool usage.
- Configure and optimize the EA environment (repositories, metamodels, viewpoints, templates, etc.).
- Model additional enterprise, application, and process architectures in line with agreed standards.
- Support the adoption of EA tooling across the IT department and coach internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the long-term roadmap for Enterprise Architecture maturity and tooling strategy.
