- You create and manage Purchase Orders and Budget Releases with precision.
- You oversee budget management for the IT team, balancing both Opex and Capex.
- You serve as the interface between the IT Finance controller and IT Department leads.
- You manage accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- You track and follow up on vendor invoices for timely payments.
What are we looking for?
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in financial management.
- You possess advanced ICT skills and are adept at using software applications, databases, content management systems, and standard office tools including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- You have a solid knowledge of SAP; familiarity with Ariba is a plus.
- You have excellent planning and organizational skills, ensuring effective and timely outputs independently.
- You are proficient in the English language.
