Join a pioneering project dedicated to revolutionizing renewable energy transmission in the North Sea. Our client is seeking an experienced professional ready to take on the exciting challenge of coordinating operations for an innovative energy island initiative.
As an ideal candidate, you are a qualified Engineer Marine and Island Coordinator + Logistics with a passion for offshore operations and logistics management. If you have a keen interest in energy infrastructure and want to contribute to a groundbreaking project, this role is for you.
- You report to the Offshore Operations Manager, ensuring smooth communication and operations.
- You set up a temporary accommodation and logistics concept, creating the necessary specifications and managing timely contracts.
- You support the management of temporary accommodation and logistics contracts.
- You liaise with various packages (Island, Cables, and Substation) and their contractors for efficient Marine and Island operations.
- You participate in workshops, HAZIDs, and review sessions related to logistics concepts and Marine and Island activities for EPCI contractors.
- You conduct vessel audits in collaboration with MWS and the relevant package experts.
What are we looking for?
- You have at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- You possess experience in the offshore sector (mandatory) and in the energy sector (preferred).
- You hold a degree in Engineering.
- You have experience in offshore logistics and transport operations.
- You demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- You work in a structured, independent, and precise manner.
- You are a smooth, proactive communicator and resourceful team player.
- You adapt quickly to new situations and challenges.
- You are fluent in English.
