As an ideal candidate, you are a skilled Dev Lab Quality Ops Partner who has a passion for optimizing processes and ensuring cybersecurity in lab environments. If you have a deep understanding of laboratory operations and a keen eye for detail, this opportunity is for you.
- You manage the lifecycle of laboratory equipment with a focus on cybersecurity, maintenance, and validation.
- You implement and enhance the qualification and validation processes for laboratory equipment.
- You coordinate with laboratory teams and compliance functions to ensure equipment compliance.
- You monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvements using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- You ensure thorough documentation and reporting of equipment per internal and regulatory requirements.
- You support laboratories in adopting new processes and facilitate training for relevant teams.
What are we looking for?
- You have at least 3 years of experience in laboratory settings.
- You possess skills in project management and process optimization.
- You are familiar with Lean/Six Sigma principles.
- You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- You have experience in cybersecurity or compliance (nice-to-have).
- You have knowledge of regulations applicable to laboratory environments (nice-to-have).
- You are proficient in English.
- You have experience with equipment management tools, such as CMMS (nice-to-have).
