• You manage the complete payroll process for personnel category C, ensuring compliance with legal, operational, and internal regulations.
• You collaborate closely with HR colleagues to guarantee a reliable and professional administrative service.
• You implement and optimise processes, policies, and collective labour agreements related to payroll and onboarding/offboarding.
• You ensure optimal functioning, monitoring, and optimisation of the DOTS by Attentia payroll tool and its interfaces.
• You verify identity and salary data, monitor administrative formalities, and ensure timely and correct payments.
• You propose improvements within the Compensation & Benefits domain and contribute to continuous optimisation.
• You communicate clearly across different channels and act as the point of contact for employee questions.
• You deliver statistics, KPI reports, and documentation within set deadlines.
