As an ideal candidate, you are a seasoned Senior Procurement Officer with extensive experience in managing procurement processes in large-scale projects. Your strategic thinking and negotiation skills will be integral to advancing our initiatives.
- You prepare and execute the full tendering process for supplies, works, and services.
- You implement negotiation strategies to optimize commercial and technical conditions.
- You identify and anticipate procurement needs, ensuring proactive monitoring and communication with stakeholders.
- You promote market competitiveness by preparing precise specifications and engaging with suppliers.
- You support risk management and ensure contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
What are we looking for?
- You hold a Master's degree in Industrial Sciences, Applied Economics, or an equivalent field.
- You have at least 10 years of experience in direct procurement.
- You possess a minimum of 5 years of experience on EPC/EPCM projects exceeding €100 million.
- You are proficient in negotiation and contract management.
- You have strong expertise in tendering procedures.
- You are an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
- You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- You are proficient in English and knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
