As an SAP System Engineer (Basis), you’ll take ownership of the SAP Basis and HANA environments, ensuring reliable performance, security, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with application, infrastructure, and operations teams to maintain a stable and future-ready SAP platform.

What You’ll Do

• Administer and maintain the SAP Basis layer across multiple SAP systems (ECC/IS-U, HR, etc.).
• Manage SAP roles, authorizations, and user access in compliance with governance policies.
• Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and incident resolution to ensure high availability.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, patching, and transport management up to production.
• Collaborate with project teams on technical configurations, integrations, and release deployments.
• Support problem management and propose continuous improvements to increase system reliability.
• Contribute to documentation, reporting, and knowledge sharing within the operations team.
