We’re looking for a Senior Functional Analyst to support IT projects across corporate business domains. In this role, you’ll work on the integration of new software solutions, whether off-the-shelf products or internally developed tools, ensuring they align with business needs and IT standards.
You’ll act as the link between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors — gathering requirements, shaping solutions, and guiding implementations from analysis through delivery
What You’ll Do- Gather, analyze, and document requirements from business stakeholders.
- Perform fit-gap analyses to decide if needs are covered by standard functionality or require custom development.
- Translate user stories into clear functional specifications for development teams.
- Coordinate with technical architects to ensure solutions meet integration and IT standards.
- Contribute to vendor selection (RFIs/RFPs) by defining and evaluating requirements.
- Support test preparation and execution for features in your domain.
- Participate in solution design discussions to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met.
What are we looking for?
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in applied information technology or equivalent experience, preferably with a specialization in electricity.
- Several years of experience as a Functional/Business Analyst in IT projects.
- Proven track record with standard market products (ERP, SaaS, or similar) and their integration.
- Strong experience writing functional designs and providing specs to dev teams.
- Familiar with project methodologies (Prince2, Agile).
- Excellent communication skills: able to engage at both technical and management levels.
- Fluent in English and French or Dutch (with at least a passive understanding of the other).
