• You create, validate, and challenge the schedule management approach with the Program Managers and PM Officer.
• You establish a structured framework for managing schedules, including definitions of levels, calendars, and baselines.
• You document the schedule management approach in the Schedule Management Plan.
• You gather and consolidate schedules from contractors into the Integrated Master Schedule.
• You set up the structure in the scheduling tool (MSP or Primavera P6).
• You perform schedule analysis for requested changes to the program as part of the change control process.
• You communicate and report on schedule risks to the Risk Manager.
