As an ideal candidate, you are a detail-oriented Project Planner with a technical background, ready to take on the challenges of managing complex project schedules in a dynamic industrial environment.

• You work in accordance with the shutdown process and ensure compliance by all stakeholders.
• You organize and lead meetings to gather input from colleagues in production, maintenance, and technology.
• You create detailed task lists and obtain cost estimates for each task.
• You prepare the overall shutdown budget and create task-level orders for cost tracking.
• You develop a detailed schedule of all tasks in collaboration with stakeholders.
• You monitor the schedule during (daily) coordination meetings, track the budget, and collect relevant information for post-shutdown evaluations.
• You provide backup support for your fellow planner as needed.
• You manage supporting processes such as tracking study and budget requests and monitoring the department’s project portfolio.
