We are looking for a Senior IT Workplace Support Engineer to provide high-quality end-user support in a hybrid enterprise environment. You will act as a second-line escalation point, deliver VIP support, and contribute to the optimization of Microsoft 365, workplace tooling, and digital experience monitoring.
This is a hands-on role in a professional, regulated environment where user satisfaction, reliability, and process excellence are key.
What You’ll Do
- Act as second-line support for incidents escalated from the Service Desk.
- Deliver VIP support to executives and department heads with a focus on discretion and service excellence.
- Handle IT equipment requests and manage service requests from employees.
- Package and deploy workplace software applications.
- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Intune, Teams, Exchange, Entra ID/Azure AD).
- Improve the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) using Nexthink Infinity and propose corrective measures.
- Support the lifecycle management of workplace devices (incl. testing new solutions like MS Teams Rooms).
- Monitor and report on operational service metrics, ensuring SLAs are met.
What are we looking for?
- Several years of experience as an IT Workplace/Support Engineer in enterprise environments.
- Proven expertise with:
- Microsoft 365 (Intune, Teams, Exchange, Entra ID/Azure AD)
- Troubleshooting (advanced)
- MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions
- BeyondTrust (remote support)
- Active Directory (intermediate)
- Safenet tokens (authentication)
- MS Teams Rooms/meeting room setups
Familiarity with:
Nexthink Infinity (DEX monitoring)
ServiceNow (ITSM)
ITIL frameworks (nice to have)
Strong communication skills in Dutch and French, with good English proficiency.
Experience in highly regulated sectors (e.g. finance) is an asset.
