We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager & Key Account Manager who is adept at driving growth and building strong relationships within a key customer portfolio. If you are experienced in people management and excited about developing business strategies, this role might be the perfect fit for you.
- You participate in the deployment of the commercial policy and operational functioning of your key customer portfolio.
- You develop and implement the annual business plan within your customer portfolio, including pharmacy chains and groups.
- You manage negotiations with clients in line with commercial strategies and client commercial terms.
- You ensure timely delivery of the right products and services to clients.
- You plan and forecast for your key accounts.
- You lead and manage a team of 12 people, which includes pharmaceutical representatives and beauty advisors.
- You recruit in collaboration with the HR department and set objectives while assessing and developing team members in alignment with their aspirations and business goals.

- You have extensive experience in commercial functions with a strong emphasis on people management, key account management, and business development in the pharmaceutical and dermo-cosmetic sectors.
- You bring effective leadership and negotiation skills.
- You possess strong analytical capabilities and a strategic vision.
- You are skilled in fostering teamwork and collaboration between local and global teams.
- You are proficient in Dutch, French, and English.
