As an ideal candidate, you are an experienced Site Inspector who can effectively oversee and evaluate contractor activities to guarantee work is executed according to specifications. If you are detail-oriented, technically skilled, and passionate about ensuring quality in construction, this role may be the perfect fit for you.
- You monitor and validate contractor activities on-site to ensure quality compliance.
- You collaborate with the site leader and other inspectors to enforce safety measures and environmental regulations.
- You conduct technical inspections and testing to uphold project standards.
- You update and verify technical plans while measuring executed quantities for reporting.
- You prepare daily reports and documentation to reflect work progress accurately.
- You report on non-conformities related to both technical and safety aspects.
- You assist in creating "As-built" plans to document finalized work.
What are we looking for?
- You have between 10 to 14 years of experience in site inspection (Senior level).
- You possess advanced knowledge in safety procedures and inspection techniques.
- You have proficiency in technical monitoring and control documentation.
- You are an excellent communicator and team player.
- You demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- You are flexible to be available outside regular office hours (30% of the time).
- You are proficient in Dutch and French.
